Jim discovered many years ago that he had the ability to communicate with beings not of this world. He was born in a small country town in the North Island of New Zealand in the early 50s, within a family of seven children. All through his school years, he felt that somehow he was different from the other kids he went to school with, some of them probably felt the same but in those days also felt they couldn't speak about it. At the age of eight, he asked his Mum if he was adopted, as so strong was the feeling that he was from another place. He stated to his Mum at that time that one day he was going to do something really great, but the trouble was, he just could not figure out at the time just what it was that he was going to do that would be so important.

Over the following years, Jim discovered that there were many other people who felt just the same as he did. Coincidence? No! At the age of 15, he left home to follow what he simply calls, the school of life. This led to many experiences, some bringing feelings of guilt and sometimes shame, yet these experiences he now sees as important teachings. As in everyone's lives, these experiences mould us into "who we are today". There is no right or wrong way of doing things, as there are only lessons.

In his early 20s Spirit contacted Jim by voice. At the time, for him, this was a very startling and traumatic experience when it first took place. Over the following years, apparitions would appear in the middle of the room. After a long period of denial, he started to seek "truth" through different religions. It was a help, but to Jim, they always ran short on many of the answers that he was looking for. A recession hit NZ in the early 80s which impacted on his business and his private life greatly. Unbeknown to Jim at the time, this was also the beginning of his re-awakening.

Jim moved to Perth, Western Australia, in 1987 where he met his wife Denise six months later . In her he found unconditional love and support that changed his life. He connected with Spirit once again. Today, Jim Langman is known in many parts of the world for his channelled messages that he so willingly shares with all who wish to receive his messages.

All the beings that communicate through Jim. They wish you to place the importance on what is being said, and not to place importance on the greatness of the being the message is coming from. Through Jim Langman, they will all be known to you as. "THE EMISSARIES OF THE LIGHT"

Jim now reminds us, "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a human experience".
